A Coín Town Hall spokesman reported last week that most of the complaints lodged by residents at Suggestions and Complaints Office between February 5th and May 29th were about the bad state of the town’s roads. Other complaints involved the environment and street cleaning. Suggestions included a need for more signposts and information about muncipal services. Since the town hall’s Citizen Participation department opened the Office early this year, it has received 45 complaints and 110 suggestions, of which 90 have been accepted and 20 passed on to other departments. The spokesman said users of this service were 100% satisfied.
